禅のオイルセラピーとは何ですか？宗教的な意味はありますか？
What is Zen oil therapy?
Does it have a religious significance?
禅というとお寺をイメージされる方も多いと思います。而今のオイルセラピーは宗教的な意味合いはありません。禅の解釈は沢山あるのですが、私が好きな解釈のひとつは「心が静かに落ち着いている状態を指す「禅定（禅那）」の略語」です。オイルセラピーを受けながら、心と体をゆっくりと緩めていただきたいという想いから「禅のオイルセラピー」と名づけています。
Many people think of Zen as a temple. Nikon oil therapy has no religious connotations. There are many interpretations of Zen, but one of my favorite interpretations is that it is an abbreviation for “zen-do (zenna),” which refers to a state of quiet and calm mind. We call it “Zen oil therapy” because we want you to slowly relax your mind and body while receiving oil therapy.

日本伝統の指圧とオイルマッサージを融合させた施術です。体の奥深くまで響く圧とゆっくりですがダイナミックな動きが気持ちいいと人気です。しっかりした圧なのに痛みが無いのも、Atsuの特徴です。
This treatment is a fusion of traditional Japanese Shiatsu and oil massage. The pressure that resonates deep into the body and the slow but dynamic movements are popular for their pleasant sensations. Another feature of Atsu is that there is no pain despite the deep pressure.

施術用のオイルは何を使用していますか？
What massage oil do you use?
オーガニック認証の水素ナノバブル入りホホバオイルを使用しています。
ホホバオイルには角層からの水分蒸発を抑え、肌を柔軟にして保湿するエモリエント作用、
また抗炎症作用や抗酸化作用があるともいわれています。肌馴染みがよく低アレルギーで安全性も高いオイルです（販売はしておりません）
We use certified organic jojoba oil with hydrogen nanobubbles.
Jojoba oil has an emollient action that suppresses moisture evaporation from the stratum corneum and softens and moisturizes the skin, It is also said to have anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. It is a highly safe oil that blends well with the skin and is hypoallergenic. （Not available for sale.)
腰が痛くて苦手な体勢があります…
I have a position that I don’t like because of my back pain…
ご安心ください。大きめのクッションを使って痛みが出ないようご相談しながら進めます。またうつぶせが苦手な方は、ベッドの上で座ったり、横向きの姿勢での施術も可能です。遠慮なくお知らせください。
Please do not worry. We will use a large cushion and consult with you to avoid pain. If you are not comfortable lying on your back, we can also provide treatment in a sitting or lying position on the bed. Please feel free to let us know.
予約日に生理になりそうです、大丈夫でしょうか？
I’m going to have my period on the day of my massage appointment, is that okay?
施術をお受けいただくことは可能です。ただし、生理痛がひどい、体調不良がある場合は、無理をせずにお気軽にご相談くださいませ。（キャンセルポリシーをご確認お願いいたします）
Massage is possible even during menstruation. However, if you have menstrual cramps or are feeling unwell, please consult with us. (Please check our cancellation policy).

申し訳ありません。当日受付はしておりませんので、事前のご予約が必要です。
前日18時までにご予約をお願いいたします。
Same-day reservations are not available. Advance reservations are required.
Please make a reservation by 6:00 p.m. the day before.

支払い方法は何ですか？
How do I pay?
現金、カード（Visa,Master,JCB）、PayPayがご利用いただけます。事前カード決済または当日支払いが可能です。
Cash, cards (Visa, Master, JCB) and PayPay are accepted. You can pay by credit card in advance or onsite. (Cash only in Japanese yen)
10時〜と14時〜以外の時間予約も可能ですか？
Is it possible to make reservations other than from 10:00 and 14:00?
当サロンは10時〜13時、14時〜17時の2部制でご予約を承っております。時間内での開始時間変更は可能です。ご予約状況によっては、終了時間を延長することができかねますが、お気軽にご相談ください。
Our salon accepts reservations in two sessions, from 10:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 17:00. It is possible to change the start time within the time. We are not able to extend the end time depending on the availability of reservations, but please feel free to contact us.
来店日に次回予約はできますか？またどのくらいの頻度で通えば良いですか？
Can I make a next appointment after a massage? How often should I come back?
次回のご予約も承っております。疲労や未病予防のためにも定期的なご来店がお勧めです。疲労感が強い時は２週間以内のご来店、定期的なメンテナンスは３〜４週間に1度がお勧めです。
You can also make an appointment for your next visit after the massage. We recommend regular visits to prevent your fatigue and unwellness. We recommend a visit within 2 weeks if you are feeling fatigued, and regular maintenance visits every 3 to 4 weeks.
予約日にどうしても都合が悪くなりました、キャンセル料はかかりますか？
I would like to cancel. Is there a cancellation fee?
予約日変更も可能です。お早めのご相談お願いいたします。またキャンセル料は前日からかかりますのでご注意ください。キャンセルポリシーにて詳細をご確認お願いいたします。
It is possible to change the appointment date. Please contact us as soon as you know. Cancellation fee will be charged from the day before. Please check our cancellation policy for details.

トレーニングと一緒にリラクゼーションを受けることは、とてもお勧めです。運動後のオイルセラピーは、体がとても緩みやすく相乗効果を感じています。トレーニングに続けてご利用いただけます。ご予約時間はジムトレーナーにご相談ください（時間応相談）
I highly recommend getting a massage after your workout. It helps the body to relax very easily and has a synergistic effect. You can continue to use this service after your training. Please consult your gym trainer for appointment times (times negotiable).
今、レドニアのジムに通っています。サロン予約をトレーナーにお願いできますか？
Can I ask my gym trainer to book a salon appointment?
トレーナーが直接ご予約を承ることはできかねますが、セラピストとの仲介をしております。お気軽にお問合せください。
Trainers cannot take reservations directly, but will refer you to a therapist. Please contact us.

Are you a completely private salon?
当サロンは「LEDONIAパーソナルジム」の中に併設しております。
サロンルームは完全個室、室内にトイレもございますので、
施術中に他のお客様やスタッフと会うことはございませんのでご安心ください。
（ただし、ジムご予約状況により声や音楽が聴こえる場合がございます）
Our salon is located inside the LEDONIA Personal Gym.
The salon room is completely private, and there is a restroom in the room,
You will not meet other customers or staff members during the treatment.
(However, you may hear voices or music depending on gym reservations.)
併設のジムはどんなジムですか？
What kind of gym is the attached gym?
「LEDONIAパーソナルジム」は完全個室のプライベートジムです。トップアスリートや女性トレーナーが、個々の希望や悩みに応じたメニューのトレーニング方法を提供しています。明るく楽しいプライベートジムです。
LEDONIA Personal Gym” is a private gym with completely private rooms. Top athletes and female trainers provide training methods with menus tailored to individual wishes and concerns. You may even hear very happy laughter!
施術後にメイクや髪の毛を直すスペースはありますか？
Is there space for makeup and hair after the massage?
サロン内に、鏡、ブラシ、寝癖直しスプレーをご用意しております。滞在時間内にはなりますが、ゆっくりお支度いただけます。
There is a mirror, hairbrush, and hair dressing spray in the salon. Please take your time to prepare your hair.
シャワーを利用できますか？
Can I use the showers and baths?
シャワー施設はございません。施術の終了後に、ホットタオルを2本ご用意しておりますので、そちらをご利用くださいませ。
There are no showers or baths. We will provide two hot towels for you to use after your massage.

英語は通じますか？
Do you speak English?
セラピストは英語は得意ではありませんが、日本のセラピーを海外の方にも体験してほしいと願っています。翻訳ツールなどで対応させていただきます。
I am not fluent in English, but I hope that people overseas will experience Japanese therapy. We will be happy to assist you with translation tools.
サロン内ではマスク着用でしょうか？
Do I have to wear a mask in the salon?
マスクの着脱はお客様にお任せしております。セラピストのマスク着用は当面、続ける予定です。何卒よろしくお願いいたします。
The wearing of masks is at the discretion of the client. Therapist h will wear a mask for a while. Thank you for your understanding.
